How is your pricing calculated?+
Pricing is based on your turf area and the package your turf needs. The Refresh begins at $299, The Signature at $349, and The Full Restoration at $499. Our instant quote engine gives you an exact starting figure in seconds, and the final price is confirmed on site before any work begins.
Are your products safe for pets and children?+
Yes. We use the ZeoFill system: PE-51 Pet Odor Eliminator, an all natural enzyme treatment, and OdorZorb zeolite infill, both made by ZeoFill and engineered to work together. Both are PFA free and safe for paws and bare feet. We publish what we use because you deserve to know.
How do you remove pet urine odor from artificial turf?+
Odor lives in the infill and, in heavy cases, the turf backing itself. The Signature treats the turf with PE-51 enzymes that digest the source of the odor rather than masking it. When urine has reached the backing, The Full Restoration extracts contaminated moisture with commercial equipment and replenishes the infill with fresh OdorZorb zeolite.
Where does the rinse water go?+
Never into the street or a storm drain. Chandler's storm drains flow untreated into neighborhood lakes and parks, so we recover rinse water wherever practical and dispose of it through your home's sanitary sewer cleanout with your permission. It is part of our commitment to the community we serve.
When do you perform services?+
We visit on Saturdays and Sundays, with a morning arrival between 8:00 and 11:00 or an afternoon arrival between 1:00 and 4:00. You choose your window when you book, and each window is reserved for one home only.
What areas do you serve?+
We serve Chandler and its close neighbors, including Tempe, Gilbert, Sun Lakes, and Ahwatukee. If you are nearby and unsure, ask us. We keep our service area tight so every client receives unhurried attention.
Do I need to be home during my service?+
No. As long as we have access to the yard and, for sanitization visits, a brief approval to use your sewer cleanout, you are free to go about your day. Many clients simply leave the side gate unlocked for their window.
What is the Andersons Turf Club?+
Our monthly membership. Members receive 25% preferred pricing on every visit, priority access to weekend windows, and turf that never has a bad month. Quarterly Care offers a 15% saving for homes that need attention with the seasons.
When do I pay?+
After the work is done, never before. A card secures your reservation at booking, but it is not charged until your service is complete and you are looking at the result. We believe you should pay for finished work, not promises.
What is your cancellation policy?+
Plans change and we make it painless. Because your card is never charged before your visit, canceling simply releases your arrival window. Rescheduling is complimentary with 48 hours notice, right from your account.
Can I cancel my membership?+
Anytime, from your account, with no cancellation fee. Your membership remains fully active through the end of the period you have paid for, and any visit already on the calendar keeps its member pricing.
Can every turf be restored?+
No, and we will be honest with you about it. Cleaning and sanitization work on any turf, but years of sun exposure, failed backing, or a poor original installation cannot be reversed by any cleaning service. If we arrive and believe your turf is beyond meaningful restoration, we tell you before we begin, adjust the scope to what will genuinely help, or part as friends with nothing charged.
How long does a visit take?+
Most Refresh and Signature visits take one to two hours depending on turf area. The Full Restoration is a deeper undertaking and can take much of the arrival window. We never rush a job.
